The Social Media Revolution 2013

We’ve heard the question so many times, “What’s the ROI of social media?”

For a long while, we didn’t have much of an answer. It’s clear that social media is not going away any time soon. In fact, you can’t turn on the TV, radio, look at a billboard, or store window, without seeing a Twitter or Facebook logo.

This video is the fourth installment of the Social Media Revolution which presents some mind-blowing statistics about the digital and social landscape. It’s written by international best selling author and keynote speaker Erik Qualman. His series of social media videos are the most watched in the world.

It’s interesting to look at statistics from his videos released in 2012, 2011, and even more so from 2010. Social media is taking over. Either jump on the bandwagon or you’re gonna miss out! What do you think?

A little substance would go much farther than just flashing fascinating statistics
with no real economic tie-in. Don’t get me wrong, i think digital marketing and SM play a huge role in the market, but both this post and the video provide no significant/relevant actionable information. Its just a promotion for the book. This video provides no credibility for the author.

I think this is just sharing the video and the author IS credited with the video. Thanks for posting. Had not seen this new one yet.

agreed. substance lacking. i’m all for reposts, but this did nothing for me. it needs to be supported with understanding on part of the author. sorry, this was a flop.
