AD: Ipad VS Paper

If you’re the proud owner of an iPad, or any tablet device for that matter, you’ve surely also been one of those insufferably braggy dinner guests.

HOST: Oh, you like the lasagna? It was my grandmother’s recipe!

YOU: Grandma’s? Cool. But have you heard of this Recipes6000+ app for the iPad?! I just wave my iPad in the general direction of the pantry, it digitally catalogs everything in the kitchen using patented binary-lazer sensory software, unique only to Apple, and within just six gigaseconds, I have a custom recipe for whatever I want to make, using only what I already have! AND IT’S VEGAN!

Neat app, bro. But I assure you; the next dinner invite won’t be coming anytime soon. Why? Because THAT’S ANNOYING! Why must tablet users feel the need to publicly shame someone for, say, using good ol’ fashioned paper recipe cards… like a cavemen.

Colombian ad agency SiceVENDE knows just how irritating tablet users can be. And so, in their latest ad for a toilet paper brand, they prove that in this fast paced, digital day-and-age, there isn’t always an app for that.

Check it out, and let us know your thoughts! (P.S. We loved it.)
